Our center provides a wide range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short stay recovery, as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The rooms is nothing like that picture. They need renovated. The nurses won't answer the phone I been up there visiting and the phone be ringing and they just keep talking. My sister had covid I went up there they didn't bother to tell me,no quarantine paper on her door and my daughter n law that's pregnant and I caught covid I have called the Administration 3 days in a row and he won't return my calls. I been up there and my sister was in unit 1 and put on her call light took them 45 min I would peek out they just standing around. This place is the pits.
