My mother has been placed at Wexford Healthcare Center and it's working for her. She's comfortable and content. The staff has been excellent and wonderful. We've been pleased with what we've received for her. My mom loves the food. Her room is very clean. They have a Happy Hour where they serve beer and wine, and my mom loves it. They also have Bingo and a little library. The social worker, Shelby F, is amazing. My mother doesn't have a phone that's compatible with her implant, so if I have to get a message back and forth, Shelby gets it done in half an hour. They just bend over backward to communicate with family, and that's amazing.
