Welcome to Meadow View Senior Living Center! A 63 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, Meadow View Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is located in the county seat of Susquehanna County, Montrose, PA. Your comfort, well-being and happiness are our prime consideration.
To assure a pleasant stay with us, you will be supported by dedicated employees including: Nursing Staff, Dietary Personnel, Social Services, Activities, Therapy, Laundry, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Physician Services and Office Personnel.
It is important for us to provide each resident with the opportunity to maintain independence, dignity and self-respect. The management and staff of the center make every effort in assisting residents in exercising their rights.
