The newly renovated Holiday Niagara Village is a pet-friendly, independent senior living community located in Eerie, Pennsylvania, just minutes from scenic Presque Isle State Park.

Niagara Village features spacious senior apartments available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit includes modern amenities like a kitchenette, walk-in shower, washer and dryer, basic cable TV and individual thermostat control. Select floor plans feature a patio or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. Parking is available. Community grounds are well-maintained and feature walking paths, a garden and a patio area. Indoor common spaces are designed to foster engagement and include a resident kitchen, fitness equipment, community fireplace and activity room. A well-stocked library is available for book clubs or solo readers, and residents enjoy the convenience of an on-site barber shop and beauty salon, along with a large screen TV lounge.

The community offers a wide range of all-inclusive services and amenities, such as housekeeping and light linen services, plus a calendar of social events. Three freshly prepared meals are served each day in the dining room, with a variety of menu options crafted by the culinary team. Scheduled transportation is available for appointments, outings and errands.

Upon move-in, each resident receives a wearable Lively® Mobile Plus GPS device, which provides 24/7 emergency assistance inside and outside the community. Physical and occupational therapy plus home care and home health services are available on-site from third-party providers at an additional cost.

Niagara Village is less than a 15-minute drive from Presque Isle Downs and Casino and the Eerie Art Museum.

Parkside at Glenwood is a personal care community offering multiple levels of care, including a memory care neighborhood. Our personal care community is peaceful and comfortable.

 Settled in a wooded area in a resident community, each of the spacious apartment views displays beautiful outdoor scenery, including our lovely and relaxing courtyard.

The courtyard is private and located in the back of the building with wooded views. There are multiple seating areas, lovely landscaping, and shared areas.

You will find vibrant programs to inspire residents to lead active lives.

Services include meals, housekeeping, transportation, activities, memory care, and assistance with medication and the activities of daily living.
