Country Meadows Nursing Center of Bethlehem

At Country Meadows of Bethlehem Nursing Center we recognize that each of our residents is unique. So for each resident in our Nursing Center we focus on the whole person, including his or her physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Our nursing professionals provide 24-hour skilled nursing care, rehabilitation and memory support services. We customize resident plans to meet specific needs and we offer many choices and options to meet our residents' requests on an individual basis. Residents may choose from furnished private and semi-private rooms, including a secured Connections Neighborhood for residents at more advanced stages of Alzheimer's disease and/or dementia.

The Nursing Center participates in Medicare and select insurance providers. The Nursing Center at Country Meadows of Bethlehem provides in-house rehabilitation therapy to residents as well as short-term services for persons of all ages. Our rehabilitation specialists work with our residents to develop increased levels of strength, mobility and independence. Based on physicians' orders, we design a custom plan to help each of our residents achieve their goals. Our campus is close to Allentown, Easton, and the Philipsburg, New Jersey area. Conveniently located near I-78, Route 22 and Route 33, its location in the heart of the Lehigh Valley.
