At Chateau Gardens Memory Care, we provide a stimulating and safe residential environment for seniors facing the challenges of Alzheimer's and dementia. Centrally located in beautiful Springfield, OR just off I-5, our community is only a short drive from Sacred Heart Medical Center, Gateway Mall and numerous parks and restaurants.

Chateau Gardens Memory Care is part of the Ridgeline Management Company family. All Ridgeline communities are part of a greater network of independent, assisted living and memory care communities across the United States. Each Ridgeline community shares the same values, philosophy and mission, yet retains its own individual personality and local mindset.

Our cheerful, homelike community features a beautiful backyard garden complete with covered patio set and raised gardening beds for residents to exercise their green thumbs. We also have a beautiful new sun room overlooking our garden that is perfect for use during winter months.

To keep our residents active and engaged, our full-time Activity Director plans a robust calendar of fun events and activities. Residents can keep limber with a morning exercise class, enjoy a rousing game of Bingo, play with one of our visiting therapy pets or enjoy a live performance right on site.

Available Services

At Chateau Gardens Memory Care, professional and caring staff are on site 24/7 to offer assistance and care when needed. We have a Registered Nurse (RN) on staff in addition to our team of caregivers and provide help with life's daily activities including medication administration and diabetes care.

To ensure our residents' comfort, we take care of the weekly housekeeping and daily meal service. Our chefs prepare healthy, home-style meals that can accommodate individual tastes and dietary needs. We also meet with our residents on a regular basis to get their ideas and keep our menus fresh.

I Visited This Facility

Chateau Gardens was too congested but very friendly. The room was adequate but small. The residents were pleased and seemed to get along well.
