Accommodations are available in both shared and private options, and all residences feature spacious closets, emergency call systems and private bathrooms with high contrast colors for easy object identification.

Our caring staff help create an environment of empowerment where activities and hobbies are scheduled regularly, and opportunities to rediscover remaining abilities and skills are routinely provided in ways that are fun and engaging. Available Services

As a part of Encore Senior Living, Pacifica Senior Living Portland features a specialized Alzheimer's and memory care program called Rediscovery™. This program is designed to enable our residents to achieve the highest quality of life, rediscover ways to enjoy everyday activities and make the most of their time. The second part of our Rediscovery™ program addresses the needs of family members who have a loved one facing Alzheimer's or another dementia-related illness.

All residences at Pacifica Senior Living Portland receive routine housekeeping and linen services, and individually customized assistance for each resident. When daily tasks like dressing, medication management, ambulation or personal hygiene become too difficult, our caring staff members are available to provide help as needed.

I visited this facility

I liked the layout and I liked that it was on one floor so elevators weren't needed. It was bright, clean and I generally liked the atmosphere. They had a salon.
