Description of Danridge's Burgundi Manor
Danridge's Burgundi Manor is a 62-bed community in Youngstown, OH, that has been providing skilled nursing care since 1959. Seniors can choose from private and semiprivate suites for short rehabilitation stays when recovering after a hospital visit, or for long-term stays when needing on-going medical support. Caregivers, including nursing staff and a certified wound care nurse, are available 24-hours to provide care and treatment as required. Residents also have access to physical, occupational and speech therapy.
During their stay, seniors can take part in a variety of activities and outings into the local area. In their free time, residents can attend the beauty salon and barbershop for a hair cut or manicure and spend time outdoors in the courtyard area. Religious services are held on-site, and pastoral care is available.

Within a week of her admission, my mother's medications were assessed and changed by the staff psychiatric team. The staff is overwhelmingly compassionate and hands-on. My mother was suicidal and had been at several nursing homes and psych wards prior to Danridge's Burgundi Manor, none of them provided her with the care she needed. I personally can't say enough good things about the place.
