Our community consists of two buildings that have an open floor plan which makes it easy for residents to navigate and there are many inviting gathering areas where they can sit with friends or work on a project. Throughout the day we offer meaningful activities that allow each resident to feel productive and a sense of independence. These activities include art therapy, baking, and Bible study.&nbsp;

Accommodations within Allay Senior Care of Meyers Lake consist of a private suite a with private bathroom. The suites are just large enough to allow family and friends ample space when visiting, but small enough to help prevent residents from feeling either confused or overwhelmed. At the center of each building are the common areas, such as the library, dining room, and seating areas.

Every day the community dining room is filled with the delicious smells of home-cooked meals, and family is always welcome to join us. Snacks are always available between meals. Additional services included in the monthly rate include assistance with activities of daily living, medication assistance, and housekeeping and laundry services. We can also arrange for beautician and barber appointments.

Because we specialize in memory care, each resident within our community receives individually tailored services. We take into account each senior&#39;s personal history and preferences, and we encourage our caregivers to spend time with residents and develop friendships. Staff members are on site around the clock and are specially trained to care for seniors with Alzheimer&#39;s and dementia.
