I am a friend or relative of a current/past residentReview of Parkside Villa

My dad is currently a resident of Parkside Villa. He's getting great care, hospice has been wonderful to him and he's being treated very well. The staff is very helpful and informative, they're great and work really well with him. The place is always very clean every time I go in there, areas outside are always kept up and it's really nice. So far, I'm very happy with what's going on. I would rate the food 4, it depends on what kind of day it is.

I wanted someone from an agency who was interviewing their people person-to-person and who knew them personally, so I went with Right at Home. It's excellent. The caregiver's attitude is excellent. He is a male caregiver. He is over 40 but very committed to what he is doing at the level he is doing it. He is very focused on the work he does when he is here with me. He has actually set some goals for me with his caregiving, which I think is excellent. Being a registered nurse, I'm not unfamiliar with the process. He goes above and beyond the job description of a state tested nursing assistant. I have been very happy with that. He shows a lot of initiative when it comes to doing things around the house, so I'm happy with it.
