WHO WE ARE:

The Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center has been serving seniors in Symmes Township, Loveland, Mason, Blue Ash, and Greater Cincinnati for over 30 years. We are conveniently located at Montgomery Rd. & Union Cemetery Road with easy access to I-71 and I-275. We are family-owned and operated by Caring Place Healthcare Group, which represents three generations of family members and over 50 years in senior living and skilled nursing facilities here in Cincinnati. Our owners are regularly in our community almost weekly to ensure our residents receive consistency in services and nothing but the best!

Our nursing home offers skilled nursing for long-term care, trained therapists for short-term rehabilitation, and a secure Memory Care unit. We recently remodeled the entire building making it modern and welcoming.

We boast staff longevity with many of our team members with us 10-30 years. We have received awards from U.S. News & World Report for Best Nursing Home, deficiency-free health surveys from the State of Ohio, and consistently achieving a 4 or 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid… but when it comes down to what you, our potential residents and family members want to know, is that our reputation speaks louder than any awards. We may not be the new shinny kid on the block ~ we're better! What we are is a well-oiled, well-maintained machine and well-known for our excellence in all areas of serving our senior residents.

Our rehabilitation team receives high praise from current and past patients. They truly listen to each patient and get to know them personally which helps to motivate each individual to achieve their goals for going home quicker. Their relationship goes beyond patient-therapist, to being treated like family.

Our full-time activity director does an amazing job of really fun things to do. Regular parties are happening all the time, live entertainment and our yearly birthday parties, Thanksgiving and Christmas to name a few are enjoyed by residents and family alike.

Our location is highly desirable with The Lodge Retirement Community on campus making us a continuing care retirement community (CCRC).
