London Health & Rehab Center offers short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term, respite and memory care to seniors. In addition to 24/7 nursing care, the facility's staff provides residents with individualized care plans and physical, occupational and speech therapies and other specialized therapies, including wound care, IV therapy and cardiac, neurological and stroke recovery care.
Residents have a choice of private and semiprivate rooms, which offer cable television and internet access.
