I visited this facilityReview of One Lincoln Park

One Lincoln Park was pricey. It was nice, but they don't have meal plans included. The residents have to purchase them. The rooms were a nice size. They were very clean. We looked at 1-bedrooms. The kitchens were small, but the bathrooms were spacious. There were security alarms in case you fall or can't get up. The place also has a nice restaurant.

One Lincoln Park had valet parking for residents who have a car or for any kind of guests. You could get up to 1,200 square foot two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in their facility. It's immaculately clean and well appointed. They give you a food allowance and their menu is priced like it would be for a restaurant. If you go over, there would be an addition to your monthly rent. They have a more elaborate menu, which is a little more restaurant style. They didn't have any rooms available during that time.

One Lincoln Park was my favorite community among those I've visited. It's beautiful, all-inclusive, and very friendly. I totally loved it; the only problem was the cost. The biggest amenity was transportation to anywhere within a 50-mile radius. The meals, coffee, and snacks are all included. There were safety features they installed. The staff was superb.

One Lincoln Park is an exceptional facility that provides quality services in every arena. My father arrived after the loss of his wife and an injury that required hospitalization. Through the caring staff and excellent facilities he enjoys his life and has found a wonderful place that he calls home. If there were more than five stars, One Lincoln Park would deserve many more.

One Lincoln Park was very convenient to everything in Kettering. The staff members were courteous, friendly, and outgoing. The apartments that we saw looked really nice. Pricing depends on what you're prepared to pay, and it's a little high for us. It's in a park-like setting right next to the Fraze which is an outdoor concert arena where there are numerous free concerts all year long and some that you have to pay for. I would recommend it.
