Owned by Erie County in partnership with Continuing Healthcare Solutions, The Meadows at Osborn Park offers a full range of skilled nursing services. These include rehabilitation therapy, long-term care, hospice/palliative care, IV therapy and wound care. Residents and patients are accommodated in semiprivate and private rooms, and respite accommodations are available. The facility has a secured memory care unit for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
