The Hills are located in beautiful Geauga County, Ohio. Established in 1964, we provide a full spectrum of health care services including short-term rehabilitation, post-operative skilled nursing care, assisted living, independent living, long-term care, respite, hospice and home health care. There are three locations to serve you: Blossom Hill Health Care Residence in Huntsburg, Briar Hill Health Care Residence in Middlefield, and Holly Hill Health Care Residence in Newbury.
