I loved Brookdale Englewood. I was happy with everything I saw and I'm getting ready to sign the papers, but when I asked them if my mother runs out of money, would they help with paperwork to get her on some medical assistance, and they revealed they don't do that. Once you run out of money you have to leave. It was clean and friendly, and the rooms were really nice. It's a nice place inside and outside. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful (except for that one question that I had at the end).
