Our Memory Care communities are designed to support the needs of residents living with the challenges associated with Alzheimer's, memory loss or other forms of dementia. In the Moment® is our signature memory care program designed for caring for those with memory loss.
Our memory care team carefully plans every detail of the day for our memory care residents through individualized activities and purposeful interaction. The program's philosophy does not simply mean that we meet for a scheduled activity on the calendar – we engage residents in the moment they are experiencing and help them kindly and compassionately to guide them through their day.

I visited this facility
Symphony at Centerville was very open and clean. It appeared to be well-staffed. The food appeared to be good as far as what I saw. It looked like they had a lot of activities planned, and it looked like they took an interest in their residents also. They had both private and shared rooms. If a person had unlimited resources, I'd put them there in a heartbeat.

I visited this facility
We went to the Symphony at Centerville. I was pleasantly surprised because from the outside it didn't look like there was much to it as far as landscaping or anything goes. Inside was comfortable looking, clean, and well-kept. The person that made the appointment greeted us, the chef came in and brought us a treat, and they were nice. The dining area was open, airy, neat, and looked like somewhere I wouldn't mind sitting down and having a meal. We saw one room, it seemed large, and spacious. We would have to bring our own furniture. They send out greetings for things that have been coming up, like their Halloween party.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My parents are now in Symphony at Centerville. They seem to be liking it. It seems to be a nice place. The size of the room is not different from the other places we visited, but the bathroom is nice and large. They got a beautiful living area right across the hallway from them. It is very nice. They do movie days and take them out for lunch. There is always something going on in the activity room. A lot of times my mother doesn't really want to go there, so she keeps my father from going. She is a little more reclusive. However, it is a very nice place. My parents seem to enjoy the food. They have an outdoor patio and a walking area in the middle of the building, which is very nice.
