Jaycee Arms is near several main roads, including Highway 70 and Highway 71, in the heart of Columbus, OH, which makes travel easy for seniors. Its centralized location puts residents within a few minutes of the downtown area's numerous shops, restaurants and recreational facilities, such as the Ohio Theatre, Columbus Museum of Art and Scioto Audubon Metro Park.

Jaycee Arms has maintenance-free senior apartments, including select floor plans for low-income individuals that meet eligibility requirements. The wheelchair-accessible spaces are designed with storage areas, ceiling fans and air conditioning to enhance comfort and convenience. Floor plans also include a full bath and an all-electric kitchen so seniors can easily cook for themselves.

A picnic area with barbecue facilities is available for residents to use during their outdoor leisure at Jaycee Arms. The landscaped campus is pet-friendly so seniors can keep a companion. Management offers copy and fax services, and laundry facilities are located on-site. Residents are encouraged to gather for social events in a community room, and a billiards table is set up so seniors can enjoy a friendly game.
