My father is here. It's been a wonderful experience. I like the people who work there. They're very kind and caring. He feels very comfortable with them. It's a small community, so that makes it easier for him to adjust. He loves the food and has started eating things he has never tried before, which he's enjoying very much. They have a wonderful variety of activities.

The rooms at Courtyards at Berne Village were very nice. A couple of them were small, but not overly small. There was room enough for a senior person to get around and have a comfortable living area. The dining area was very nice. A few people were in the TV lounge. The staff was very friendly and very courteous. They had a TV room and an activity room where they could play bingo. The dining room doubled as a large social hall as well. They had a nice menu with a lot of variety.

Courtyards at Berne Village is just absolutely fantastic. They’ve been great to my mother and they’ve been great to me. Every staff member is happy, ready, and professional. The place is very nice and clean. Out of the seven places I looked at, this one is the best and they have not let me down. These people have surpassed anything that I wanted. I'm surprised that it's nice as it is. The food is great. The people care, even the residents. Mom said she can't believe everybody knows her name, says hello, and everybody's always helping her. Everything about it has just turned out to be fabulous. They take the residents to places in a big van, and they do all kinds of things every day. They have people come in to do shows, and they had a luau the other day. When the eclipse was going to happen, they had things set up for that. They also have Bingo, they play movies, they go places, walk around, and play different games.
