CoHomes features a completely furnished residential home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, family room, sunroom/activity room, dining, kitchen, laundry room, outdoor patio with a sitting area, and large fenced-in backyard. Private and semi-private bedrooms are available for up to a total of six Residents.

We are located 2.2 miles from Interstate 485 and Atrium Health Pineville Hospital, and about 1.5 miles from Ballantyne. The home care agency will assess and customize a care plan that is tailored to each individual Resident and provide personal care to preserve their independence and health, and enrich their life.

Residents have an option to independently contract personal care services with our preferred home care agency, or any other licensed home care agency, and will be directly billed for contracted personal care services. CoHomes does not receive any monetary benefits from their preferred home care agency or any other licensed home care agency and does not combine charges for housing and personal care services.

CoHomes is redefining residential assisted living.
