Homeplace of Burlington is conveniently located close to shopping centers, medical facilities and local attractions. Our spacious assisted living and memory care community is designed to make seniors feel right at home by providing a comfortable, cozy setting.
Homeplace of Burlington is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

Homeplace of Burlington packs every day full of activities to help seniors live life to the fullest. These activities are open to all and include programs such as musical events, family night, educational seminars, Wii gaming, card games, crafts and a walking club. There is something for every senior to help them stay physically and mentally fit.
Our dining services include three nutritious meals served every day in our cozy dining room. Pre-arranged transportation is available for medical appointments, shopping needs and planned excursions. Accommodations are available in one- and two-bedroom apartment layouts, and include most utilities, maintenance, weekly housekeeping and linen services.
Available Services
To ensure our residents are receiving the right level of care, we create comprehensive service plans for each individual. Our care staff are on duty 24/7 to assist with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, feeding and taking medications. On-site physical, occupational and speech therapy is also available.
Our specialized memory care program for seniors challenged by Alzheimer's or dementia develops personalized activities for each resident, allowing them to maintain as much independence as possible. We encourage small accomplishments every day to build confidence and re-teach lost skills.

My mom is in Homeplace of Burlington's memory care unit. We are really pleased with them and their director, Bonnie. Overall we've had a good impression. We have been pleased with the staff and how they treat their residents. Everyone seems to be very caring, so we don't have any complaints.
