My mom is at Universal Healthcare and she's satisfied with it. Sometimes, I feel like the communication's a little bit lacking but she said she's very satisfied. We offered to move her, but she doesn't want to move. We have offered other options and she feels good about being there. Communication with some is good, like when I ask for a call back. My mom is very satisfied and to my knowledge, she's not lacking in any care. When I call with a question, sometimes I don't always get a return call, but at this point we are satisfied. I know they have activities and stuff, because I just talked to her and she just got back from one. I know they're doing activities because she's been telling me that she's been going to them. Some of the things I don't know about because I can't go in. I offered to bring her food, but she said she likes the food there. She's very pleased with it. On the outside, the place looks fine. It's expensive because we're in private pay, but it's in line with the others. Unfortunately, I feel that it is terribly pricey. I guess it's comparable because the long-term care is expensive.
