At Diamond Rock Terrace, full-time staff members handle maintenance issues 24 hours a day, allowing seniors to live in comfortable, convenient apartments without the stress of completely independent living. Residents can choose cozy one-bedroom units or larger units featuring two bedrooms or a den. The apartment building and units are designed with handicap accessibility in mind to help seniors with limited mobility.

Apartments offer many luxurious amenities, such as a fully applianced kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, cable TV and roomy closets. Residents can take advantage of the building's community rooms and gardens.
