Rooted in the solid tradition of providing quality care in a gracious environment, Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an 80 bed facility that has become one of the finest rehabilitation and long-term facilities in the Capital District. We are located conveniently off I-90 within a beautiful and sprawling country setting, overlooking the Albany Skyline!
At Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we understand that the transition to a skilled nursing facility is an emotionally trying time. We aim to ease the burden by providing an oasis of tranquility, caring and comfort nestled high on a hill and removed from the bustle of the NYS Capital State located nearby!
Our dedicated staff of Registered Nurses and professional caregivers are hand selected, not only for their clinical expertise, but equally for their warm demeanors and personable dispositions.
We try very hard to cultivate a sense of ‘family' and a feeling of ‘home' and are delighted that our stellar reputation for excellence in healthcare precedes us in the surrounding communities!
We maintain an excellent and close working relationship with our local hospitals including Albany Medical Center, St. Peter's Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital and accept admissions 7 days a week.
