Nestled in the heart of Upper West Side, West 74th Street Home is an assisted living community that provides residents a sanctuary where they remain to have a good quality life, independence and dignity. Our community is designed to provide comfort, privacy and easy access to our amenities for active seniors.

West 74th Street Residence is a licensed adult care facility dedicated to older persons who require some assistance in daily living. Our warm and dedicated staff provide 24 hour care, seven days each week. Our staff encourages independence and provides assistance only when needed.

Our community offers studio, one bedroom apartments and companion suites. All homes are fully furnished, has its own bathroom, spacious closets and climate control. These are well maintained, beautifully appointed and senior friendly.

We have a beautiful living room with comfortable couches where residents curl up to read a good book or have a cup of coffee while chatting with other residents. We have a grandiose dining area where residents eat together. We also have a beauty salon where residents can get their hair done and other salon services.

Available Services

The welfare of our residents is our top priority. To keep them safe we have 24 hours security gate. We provide each residents customized care program designed to provide their needs. Our staff are also onsite round the clock and assist residents with daily activities, mobility and medication management.

We provide transportation services for residents if they have an errand or doctor’s appointment. We provide assistance in housekeeping, laundry and maintenance to let residents enjoy the luxury of a home less the chores that comes with it. An array of activities is also available for residents to choose from that keeps them active and engage.
