Welcome to Crestview Manor Home-Adults! Crestview Manor Assisted Living is a New York State licensed Assisted Living Program, located in Westchester County, NY. We are proud to be one of the few locations in Westchester County that accepts both private pay funds and Medicaid for eligible individuals, helping to make sure that quality services are available regardless of your financial history.
Crestview Manor serves the geriatric and disabled communities. We believe that physical and/or mental health disabilities should not mean your life should be limited. As such, we do our best to support our residents needs in any means possible.
We provide our residents with a number of services, including but not limited to, room & board, medication management, personal care services, housekeeping, laundry, case management, transportation coordination, and full meal services designed by a registered dietician. We are proud to have quality, caring, stable staff and to be the home to 76 quality adults.
