Long-Term Care
You'll find peace of mind knowing that your loved one is being cared for by a team of specialists who respect and honor each individual's needs and preferences. This care is facilitated by a team of geriatric specialists including: licensed and certified nursing staff, therapists, dietitians, social workers and other health care providers.
Post-Hospital Rehabilitation
At Absolut Care of Aurora Park, our clinical and rehabilitative staff work together to create comprehensive care plans that provide you with the greatest opportunity for healing and recovery. Our therapy gym includes a designated area for practicing activities of daily living in a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom setting.
Dialysis

Our in-house dialysis program features a 5-day gentle dialysis protocol that provides greater flexibility and more time for therapy, activities and rest.

Memory Care

Aurora Park's safe, secured memory care unit incorporates the latest research and design elements and features visual cues, secured entrances/exits, specialized lighting and enhanced programming.

Respite/Short-Term Care

Aurora Park offers temporary short-term care for a loved one while you vacation, travel or tend to business. This program provides a safe option for your loved one and peace of mind for you!

Miss Frances A. Little Hospice Wing

We're pleased to have a partnership with Hospice Buffalo to provide specialized services for residents with end-of-life illnesses and support for their family members.

Lymphedema Care

Our team will work with you and your physician to create a customized plan of care to help treat issues including swelling of the limbs, limitations in movement, infection and discomfort.

Admissions

Our team of admissions will work closely with your Physician and/or the hospital Discharge Planner to coordinate your arrival. We will also assist you in filing for Medicaid, if appropriate.
