Sierra Health Care Center offers assisted living at Sierra Hills and skilled nursing care, memory care, rehabilitation and hospice care in the main facility. Seniors receive personalized care tailored to their requirements, with caregivers working to promote independence and respect the dignity and privacy of residents. Those receiving skilled nursing care are tended to around the clock by licensed nursing professionals under the supervision of a physician. Services include assistance with ambulation and the activities of daily living, IV therapy, wound care and medication management.
