Beyond bad!! Inadequate staff, poor Management. Complete lack of caring. Don’t send your loved one here. Can take several minutes for them to answer the phone - if they do at all! The lowest I can rate is one star - wish I could go lower. The Manager has no medical training, but diagnoses residents and recommends treatment. They supposedly have a doctor on call - can’t be contacted by family - not sure they really have a doctor. In addition to the above, billing is a complete mess - refunds for overcharging take months to receive.

We chose Brookdale Country Club because we liked that it was beautiful and clean. It has a nice dining room with really good food. They provide a lot of care for my husband, and there are lots of things they won't let me do, so that's good. The staff is very good and really nice; they're extremely competent and thorough about everything.
