Featured Amenities

The Hallmark Independent Living community provides maintenance-free retirement living to active seniors. Pet-friendly apartment homes come in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans that feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes and individual climate control.

Our Morningside Assisted Living community offers up to four levels of personal care services for seniors who need an extra helping hand with life's daily activities. A nurse is on site at Morningside 12 hours a day, seven days a week to oversee all treatment plans, including medication and case management.

Available Services

Our licensed Alzheimer's care community, Desert Willow II for Memory Care, provides specialized services for up to 24 seniors in both private and shared accommodations. Desert Willow offers all the same great amenities and services as our Morningside community with the added benefit of a staff trained to handle the challenges of Alzheimer's and dementia.

As part of our all-inclusive lifestyle, residents enjoy a number of amenities that are customized to each community, such as underground parking for residents at The Hallmark. Delicious, home-cooked meals are always on the menu, and restaurant-style dining is available at Morningside Assisted Living. For all our residents, wireless Internet, DirectTV, housekeeping and scheduled transportation are all included in the monthly rental fee.
