Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center has been part of the Union community since 1964 and well-known for its outstanding staff and programs. Cornell offers a full range of nursing and rehabilitation services in a beautiful, home-like setting. Cornell's state-of-the-art medical and rehabilitative sub-acute care is tailored to each individual's needs. They provide up to seven days a week of therapy with a focused and aggressive approach to getting their patients back on their feet and in their own homes. Physicians direct their interdisciplinary clinical teams to develop a plan of care to meet the patient's specific medical, rehabilitation, social, and emotional needs.
