Regency Jewish Heritage Post-Acute, Rehabilitation and Nursing is Somerset, New Jersey's premier nursing center and accommodates both short- and long-term care needs.
For over 25 years Regency Post-Acute, Rehabilitation and Nursing Centers have set the standard when it comes to caring for seniors and their families. Our centers are staffed by an experienced team of healthcare professionals who are trained to accommodate the changing needs of those we serve--including the elderly, those with prolonged illnesses and the disabled.

Our community also includes advanced rehabilitation facilities with state-of-the art equipment to speed recovery from ailments and improve residents' physical well-being. We also have on-site entertainment, scheduled activities and wellness programs to engage in. Of course, the center-piece of any day is meal-time where we offer gourmet restaurant style dining.
Available Services
With around-the-clock care from licensed nurses available, Regency Jewish Heritage offers a full continuum of care services ranging from short-term rehabilitation, to sub-acute care and long-term nursing. We have a number of specialty programs designed to fit the health needs of each individual including cardiac care, neuro-muscular therapy, IV care, pain management and many others.
We are also able to accommodate those with advanced Alzheimer's or Dementia in our memory care program. Our special units are designed to ensure safety as we compassionately provide care for each resident. Additionally, we offer counselling services to residents, patients and families to help ease the difficulty of illness.

I’m sitting very comfortable at home. This is all thanks to Regency Heritage in Somerset, New Jersey. Everyone - nurse, aides - helpers, recreation and last but definitely not least, all the therapists. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be writing this review. I can’t thank them enough.

My mother was a patient at Regency Jewish Heritage Post-Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. I am very grateful to the staff for helping and making my. Other feel very comfortable during her stay. The staff stayed on top of my mother’s care, and made her feel important. I know the importance of patient care and the staff exceeded, especially the CNAs, who took extra care of my mother and made sure she felt was not a problem to take car of. Maribel, in patient relations was very professional and very caring. Regency Heritage is a place of great value and of great expectations. They have a clean, family friendly atmosphere and I would recommend anyone to go there if they were a patient.

The staff provided the best care for my mom and for the other patient in the Sub Acute Department of Regency Heritage Nursing in Somerset. The nurses, aides, doctors, and personnel perform their job excellently, providing maximum medical care and comfort for their patients. They are really the best of the best.

My father is currently at Regency Jewish Heritage, and the place is very nice. We love it. His room is a little dated but adequate and perfectly fine for his needs. The food looks good, and he seems to like it. For their amenities, they have a dining room, a courtyard, TV room, and several lounges. The staff is very, very nice, and everybody that I encounter is very friendly. I was impressed with the cleanliness. It did not smell.

My father-in-law was in Regency Jewish Heritage Nursing and Post-acute Rehabilitation Center. He was only there for two days, and it was a nightmare. He had a life vest on, and they had it on backwards the first night. If he needed it, he would have died because of heart failure. They really didn’t pay attention to their patients at all and were a disappointment. The food and cleanliness were not that great.
