Our nursing staff will create a personalized care plan assisting with essentials such as extra housekeeping and laundry, to medication management and help with activities of daily living.

CareOne at Somerset Valley Assisted Living balances the unique physical and social needs of the individual. Our customized care plans deliver outstanding support while providing a rich and vibrant lifestyle for our residents. 35 private studio apartments in our Traditional Assisted Living; 35 private studio apartments in our secured Memory Care Community. 
 
CareOne at Somerset Valley is appropriately staffed to manage medically complex cases (dialysis, catheters, complex medication regimens, two-person transfers, Hoyer lifts, diabetes management, self- managed trachs, and many higher care level cases that typically would be considered Skilled Nursing level care. 
 
With a Skilled Nursing Center on-site, we also offer an extra layer of support if PT, OT or speech therapy is needed or truly skilled nursing care is required. The Delaney of Bridgewater is a rental retirement community with no entry fee currently under construction in Bridgewater, NJ and scheduled to open in Early 2021. Our senior living facility will be situated on 38 wooded acres on Frontier Road just north of the I-287 and Route 22 intersection, only minutes from a wide variety of upscale shopping and entertainment destinations. The Delaney will feature 224 beautifully designed residences, including 122 independent senior living apartment homes, 15 independent living freestanding villas, 56 assisted living apartments for residents needing help with the activities of daily living and a memory care neighborhood that will accommodate 32 residents with Alzheimers disease or other related dementias.
