The Elms of Cranbury

The Elms of Cranbury is a family-owned and operated subacute rehabilitation and nursing facility. In its homelike environment, therapists and nurses work with a team of skilled caregivers who work around-the-clock, assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing.

In the facility's orthopedic rehab program, trained professionals develop individualized treatments to help seniors return home after being hospitalized for neurological disorders, strokes, amputations and hip and knee replacement surgeries. The community's therapists use methods that include hydrotherapy and electrostimulation, and the therapy program has a fully functional kitchen where clients can practice the skills they use at home. 

Whether they're a short-term resident in outpatient rehab or living at The Elms of Cranbury full-time receiving long term care, all the community's seniors can participate in the daily calendar of events, which includes activities such as baking, Wii games, crafts and movies.
