Victorian Garden is a small, social day center located in a traditional, elegant setting which invites warmth, caring and dignity to all those who attend.

A day center offers seniors with physical, emotional or cognitive impairments an opportunity to maintain or improve their level of functioning while continuing to remain at home in their community.

Victorian Garden, opened in 1995 by the Flemming Family, continues the tradition of excellence with the following philosophy:

  • Celebrating life in a compassionate and dignified manner.
  • Believing that adults regardless of their impairment can benefit by participating in a community where they are accepted for who they are, and have opportunities to experience a sense of purpose and success"¦not pressured to be anyone they are not and encouraged to be everything they can be.
  • Providing participants with the opportunity for socialization in a stimulating, safe, supportive environment that enhances their quality of life and promotes wellness.
  • Promoting support, encouragement, and education for family and friends at they cope with their roles as caregivers.
