My grandmother is at home now with Right at Home. So far, we have been very pleased with the services we have received. The aides are good, but the staff is not so good. There always seems to be a lack of communication. I would talk to them and tell them what we need and what the hours are, but it seems like internally they don't have very good communication between each other. Right at Home was one of the first ones that were available. Since it was a time-sensitive situation, we went with them and they were able to assist with the hours and what we need. They help my grandmother with her ADLs, with showering, and help her with making meals. They dont administer the medication but give medication reminders. They're pretty decent.
