The people at Tallwoods Care Center are fine, but my father fell and broke his hip in there. He was put in there for rehab of his one leg, so they should've taken proper care and proper precaution, but he wound up falling and breaking the other hip. It's a very nice facility, but he had a few issues with the nurses who weren't so kind to him. Cleanliness and their food service are terrible, and he lost a bunch of clothes in the laundry.
