The CONCEPT is quite simple. As members of our community, we reach out from our hubs to provide services to our community, developing PROJECTS which meet the needs and wants of our customers while supporting our customers in supporting their community. Operating from each customer's person centered plan, PROJECTS are identified (or created) which will meet the needs and wants of the individual. To encourage team work, the support team will work with the individual in identifying other customers who might be interested in the same PROJECTS and will support that individual in coordinating a team. Within the framework of PROJECTS, on-going training will occur in "real time".

Support Innovations is proud of our ability to provide individualized services to our customers with developmental disabilities. We provide our customers with true person centered planning. This process focuses on our customers, their family and friends in developing the support plans which best assists them in achieving their dreams and goals. Unlike some companies that only provide community...-based or center-based training, we are dedicated to providing either form of training and enrichment, or a combination of both, in order to meet our customers' needs and interests.

General Information

Our customers must have developmental disabilities and be at least 19 years of age. Services can be purchased through Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Department of Mental Health Purchase of Service funds or private funding.
