Greenway Villas, 55 plus senior community located in Raymore, Missouri, offers 51 maintenance-free retirement apartments. The quality units, built on concrete slabs, are wood frame with vinyl siding and pitched, composition shingle roofs. One-bedroom units have 1.5-ton heating and air conditioning units, and two-bedroom units have 2-ton units. Each unit has a 40-gallon water heater. Smoke detectors are located in each bedroom and hallway. Residents pay electricity and internet in the all-electric community, and owner pays water, sewer, and trash.

The one-bedroom units are 740 square feet, and two-bedroom / one-bath units are 900 square feet.
