Phalen Senior Lofts is a mid-sized apartment building designated for low-income seniors aged 62 or above through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. It's located just off Phalen Boulevard with quick access to Interstate 35E, and the 64 bus route has a stop just across the street. Other nearby features include specialist medical clinics, large parks and many restaurants.
This community is locally owned and residents benefit from on-site management that is available at any time. The maintenance crew is also available 24/7 in case of emergency, with regular repairs included in the cost, and the building has secured entryways to help keep everyone safe and happy. Trash removal and some utilities are also included.
Phalen Senior Lofts is a smoke-free community, and all apartments have individually-controlled central air and heat, as well as satellite TV access. Units with a walk-out balcony and full kitchen are also available, which includes a dishwasher, range and oven.
