Country Meadows provides skilled nursing and hospice care, in addition to assisted living and memory care services. Personalized care plans are structured to meet each resident's needs and capabilities, and can incorporate social and spiritual care options. Rehabilitation therapy and specialty care services are also available. Life enrichment resources include the Senior Fit Wellness Program, which offers a variety of fitness classes that promote blood flow and muscle strength.
Located in Milaca, only 35 minutes away from St. Cloud, the community is next door to the Elim Care & Rehab Center and near access to Highway 169. Featuring 32-apartments with three different floor plan selections, the community offers frequent group outings along with social activities, such as game nights and coffee hour. Residents can also learn how to use iPads and other types of popular technology. Devoted residents can enjoy Monday morning bible study groups.
