Our mission at Sunrise Cottages of Mankato is to provide our residents with what feels like a second home. We also provide large and comfortable community areas where residents can gather to socialize with friends and family. To encourage our residents to explore the outdoors, we feature gardens and landscaped paths where they can enjoy light exercise, warm summers and crisp winters. To keep our residents as physically and mentally engaged as possible, we also offer daily fitness classes, group trips and a host of creative, social, learning and spiritual activities.

Families are always welcome at Sunrise Cottages of Mankato and we help them feel like part of the community by scheduling family-centered social and education programs as well as extending an open invitation to join their loved one for a meal.

Available Services

A key part of living a healthy life is eating well, which is why we offer three nutritious meals and an assortment of snacks every day. Meals are prepared fresh daily by our chef and served in our elegant, formal dining room.

Our staff are on site 24 hours a day to deal with the personal needs of our residents, as well as provide laundry, housekeeping and trash removal services. To help meet our residents’ medical needs and improve their wellness, we also offer monthly visits by a licensed nurse.
