Our Burnsville facility, situated at 13404 Knob Hill Road, Burnsville, MN 55337 accepts HS (Housing Support) funding. Our Bloomington facility, situated at 9630 Upton Road, Minneapolis, MN 55431 is double staffed 24 hours a day.
