I liked that Johanna Shores had independent living and assisted living. They're very active, and the activities were very good. I really liked the atmosphere, especially since the place was close to a lake. I liked the rooms because they're open with good space, and there's laundry in them. The residents do anything they want to do, like crafts, go on a bus to take them shopping, have underground parking, and so on.

Johanna Shores is an excellent community; I liked what I saw. It was very well laid out, nicely appointed, and looked comfortable. It also had all of the amenities, like a recreation room and a pool. The person who showed us the place was very excellent and professional. We had a wnderful breakfast there. The dining area itself was lovely, too. It was very high-quality but had a five-year waiting list. The staff was very helpful, open and knowledgeable about the place and the people who live there.
