The apartment complex shares a campus with Augustana Care Health and Rehabilitation of Apple Valley, which provides skilled nursing services and short-term rehabilitation, and other hospitals and clinics can be reached within the city limits.

Apple Valley Villa offers studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments to seniors 55 and older who can live independently or with assistance. Care suites, including penthouse memory care suites, are available to prospective residents who need assistance with activities such as dressing or bathing. Each apartment includes numerous safety features and is complemented by skilled nursing services available close to home. Subsidized options are available.

The campus has more than a dozen on-site amenities including a chapel, a convenience store with a deli, hair and nail salons, and a library with computer access.
