Maple Ridge Farms Assisted Living is a licensed adult foster care large group home. It is owned and operated by George Jr. and Jamie Osburn who are both licensed nurses with experience in emergency, geriatric, memory care and hospice nursing. Our facility is licensed to accommodate 15 residents of at least 18 years of age. We are currently accepting referrals and have semi-private and private rooms available. Our home boasts its large family-style of care that includes our "outside family members,” including three horses, a miniature donkey and an orange cat. Our goal is to increase quality of living and protect independence in a unique country environment.
