Brookdale Grand Blanc was beautiful, and my cousin said that they treated him like a king. He was happy there. They were good, they were awesome, and they cared about their people. The staff was a very caring staff, and I got feedback from them constantly. I met the nurses on staff, they were good, they came in and introduced themselves to him, and they were all awesome. They have different sizes of rooms depending on what you want, they were clean, and everything was great; they also have storage. Every time the staff would pass his room they would stop by and talk to us. The food was great, and if he didn't like something they would make him something else.

Brookdale Grand Blanc was wonderful. They did a great job of taking care of my father-in-law. His room was nice and clean. They had a lot of small dining areas, which was more like community or neighborhood dining and they were very nice. I saw a lively party for St. Patrick's Day. The staff was very helpful and wonderful. My mother-in-law said the food was good. They had beautiful common rooms and a gorgeous library. Overall, the staff was very kind and caring to my mother-in-law and father-in-law.

My parents are in Brookdale Grand Blanc. They've been great. They have a nice section of activities for the residents. The staff is wonderful. I've had no issues with them. Their room has been very nice except I miss having a separate sink outside of the bathroom. If they were to change anything, I recommend a sink and a kitchenette area. Food and service have been great. I highly recommend them.

Brookdale Grand Blanc was my favorite. The only thing against them is they're very much a la carte and they're hideously expensive. That's the downside. Everything else is kind of nice. They provide furniture at no extra charge. Their base price per month is $3,750 plus up to $2,200 more. They sometimes offer a rate lock. The food smelled good and they do their own cooking. The woman in charge of it was very friendly and very nice and I bet it's good food. The people were lively there, even in memory care. The people were pretty perky. The only thing that I noticed that wasn't a plus as far as safety is concerned is there were no handrails along the hallways. Even the sales people knew the names of the residents and I thought that was great. Tthey do an excellent job of training everyone, even their sales staff, for how to deal with dementia problems. The pricing is a la carte. The facility was very pleasant, clean, and well lit. Some of the residents had pets that live there.
