Description of Casey Estates
Casey Estates is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them. Casey Estates is a low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mom's apartment at Casey estate was awful and it was full of mold and mildew and water licks all the time the manger knew it done nothing about it she wrote my mom up over childish stuff that wasn't true and she has her own pets out there that she tells other tenants about she is just horrible and she will band family members just because she doesn't like you they have a problem with bed bugs and roaches it's bad
