The program's team of care professionals works with participants and caregivers to address each individual's specific needs. This Interdisciplinary Care Team is an essential part of how we provide care.

Care at Summit ElderCare may include: 
Medical care:

Your family member can stay in either a studio or one-bedroom apartment, with the option of private or shared floor plans, as well as furnished options. An emergency call system in each room provides a sense of safety, supplementing the hourly checks performed by our licensed nursing staff.
