Project Independence Adult Day Health Center offers an alternative to nursing home placement. Our professional, bilingual staff is trained to provide medical, social, and emotional services and includes RN, SW, and activity personnel. We also offer meals and transportation services.
Our adult day health center is Medicaid approved, handicap accessible and licensed to accommodate over 55 clients. We also provide inter-generational programs, lunch and shopping outings all accompanied with lots of fun and love.
